All tickets/wristbands have their own unique security measures which are subjected to scanning upon entry thus we advise you not to buy your tickets via a different party other than the specified Ticket outlets as the validity of these tickets cannot be guaranteed and access to the festival may be refused.

Anyone without tickets or a wristband will not be allowed entry to the venue

Any ticket that isn't bought at the specified ticket outlets above is VOID and FAKE and no refund will be issued

Any person seeking to use such a void Ticket in order to gain or provide entry to the Venue will be considered to be a trespasser and will be liable to be ejection by security and legal action taken against them.

No refunds will be given to Ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behavior

The Security team has the right to remove a ticket holder who:

1. has behaved in the Venue in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of the Venue has, or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors; or 
2. involved in any cases of theft or engaging in fights 
3. fails, when required, to produce proof of identity or age.
4. resist the control and search by the festival's security guards and security agencies
