Have you ever heard of the phrase that, “soon everything done on PCs shall be done on the internet”, yes that is true but only time shall prove the theory. With respect to Kenya, the doors to the digital world opened up not so long ago but I am sure they are not yet fully opened. That is the reason why we cannot look beyond the door and make better judgments on our part.
The reason that you want to be a blogger mainly is that you want to share with others in the cyberspace whatever you have. You are that kind of person who likes to share right? They say we all have some natural Journalism instincts in us don't they?. Don’t ask questions about that well maybe all that you want is just a hobby to pass the free time you have or you have a passion in writing. if you come from a writing background you may have noticed that of late books remain on the shelves’ while internet pages are being downloaded more and more every day.
Of course being Kenyan, we are always on the lookout for opportunities to Make Money, yeah “sisi sio wale huamka asubuhi kujenga Kenya bali huamka asubuhi kutafuta pesa”. Blogging brings such opportunity of making extra coins and all you need is a gadget (computer or Smartphone) and the internet, then you are set to go. That is us Kenyans.
Well the secret to make it in cyberspace is not a secret anymore, just like in any game there are rules and if you follow the rules you win, it is just as simple as that. I have included some To Dos and Don’ts in my next post that will help you in this new home but the rest depends on you, as there are many ways to kill a rat. If you ask me for one, I think if you lock it in the house and burn the house your objective will be met.
