An Evening of Afro Jazz - Swahili Edition

Afro Jazz Swahili Edition
Since time immemorial Swahili culture has always been characterized by music especially during festivities. Swahili people looked for every reason to sing and dance. Taarab music which has distinctly Arabic origins was most common. Band members played keyboards, flutes, brass instruments and drums to accompany singers. Is any of this starting to sound familiar?

Ricky na Marafiki band - our name betrays us!!
